Who are we?

At atticusnow, we partner with our clients to help them engage with diverse stakeholders and find solutions to their most complex challenges.

We do this by combining our strategy and policy capabilities with our codesign and engagement services.

  • Strategy and policy — including strategy development, policy and program design and review, business cases and feasibility studies, organisation and governance review

  • Codesign and engagement — we work with you to design and deliver creative and engaging codesign workshops, and to engage with stakeholders through interviews, written feedback, roundtables, and surveys — including First Peoples

What’s new?

  • Currently developing decommissioning principles for Commonwealth nuclear and radiation facilities with the Australian Radioactive Waste Agency (ARWA)

  • Developed a strategy for the Victorian spirits industry and Spirits Victoria Association (see the published strategy here)

  • Developed a strategy for the Victorian wine industry with Agriculture Victoria and Wine Victoria (see the published strategy here)

  • Developed a feasibility study for an Indian Cultural Centre in Geelong for the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Victoria)

  • Conducted comprehensive stakeholder engagement for Geoscience Australia’s Repository Data Management and Delivery project

  • Developed a research strategy for the University of Melbourne Faculty of Business and Economics with a focus on research excellence and impact

  • Developed financial sustainability plans and a performance reporting framework to build the financial resilience of Victoria’s Regional Sports Assemblies for VicHealth

  • Identified options to streamline live music venues' regulatory and compliance requirements, including through regulatory and legislative reforms, for the Department of Treasury and Finance (Victoria)
